My name is Markeeta, and I am the owner of Balance Reflexology.

My journey into holistic healing began from a young age, where I developed a strong interest in natural therapies, including crystals, herbs, and energy healing. This early passion naturally led me into the world of complementary therapies and a lifelong commitment to supporting wellbeing through holistic care.

I began my formal training in 2023 at Jubilee College in Sheffield, UK, where I completed my Level 5 Clinical Reflexology Diploma. In July 2025, I returned to Australia to be closer to my family and continue building Balance Reflexology here.

My passion for reflexology was first inspired by my own personal experience. While overseas, I was struggling with poor sleep and high stress. After receiving foot reflexology for the first time, I fell asleep during the treatment and experienced a profound sense of calm and relaxation in the days that followed. That experience changed my path and inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others feel the same sense of balance and wellbeing.

Alongside Clinical Reflexology, I hold the following qualifications:

• Level 5 Clinical Reflexology

• Diploma in Indian Head Massage

• Diploma in Crystal Healing

• Level 2 Reiki Practitioner

I also continue to expand my skills and knowledge through ongoing study in:

• Zone Therapy (Facial Reflexology)

• Menopause Reflexology

In addition to reflexology, I offer a range of holistic treatments including Indian Head Massage, Reiki, and Crystal Healing, as well as advanced reflexology techniques such as lymphatic drainage support and hot & cold stone therapy.

At Balance Reflexology, my aim is to create a calm, supportive space where clients can unwind, rebalance, and reconnect with themselves. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
